Four County is a licensed community mental health center providing comprehensive services for the ever changing needs of all populations residing within the Southeast Kansas counties of Chautauqua, Elk, Montgomery and Wilson.

Services are provided to assist individuals and families throughout their lifespan. Clinical services including therapy, crisis intervention and medication management serve all populations from the young child to the senior adult.
